IDR is seeking an AI COE Communications Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting the AI Center of Excellence by developing and executing communication strategies to increase awareness, understanding, and adoption of AI initiatives across a global audience. The position requires translating complex AI concepts into clear, engaging messages for diverse stakeholders and coordinating communication efforts within a fast-moving, evolving environment.
Position Overview for the AI COE Communications Manager:
- Manage and execute the AI COE Communications Plan and calendar, partnering with leadership to identify priorities and upcoming initiatives.
- Create and publish engaging content including newsletters, articles, FAQs, success stories, and AI use case spotlights.
- Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, ensuring content remains current and accessible.
- Support AI webinars, training sessions, town halls, and other events by coordinating messaging and promotional materials.
- Track communication metrics, prepare reports, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support AI initiatives and drive engagement.
Requirements for the AI COE Communications Manager:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in internal or corporate communications, with strong writing, editing, and project management skills.
- Proven ability to translate technical AI concepts into clear, audience-focused messaging.
- Experience managing digital and SharePoint communications, creating multimedia content, and supporting technology or AI initiatives.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Canva, and AI tools like Microsoft Copilot or ChatGPT.
