Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Application Engineer II - Google Workspace:

Collaborate with a multi-functional team to administer and support Google Workspace platforms. Manage and configure Google Workspace environments with over 10,000 accounts. Resolve advanced support requests and participate in on-call rotations for incident management. Develop custom Google App Scripts and utilize GAM command-line scripts for environment management. Document operational processes and promote best practices across the organization.

Required Skills for Application Engineer II - Google Workspace:

Over 5 years of experience in Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Google Drive, and more. Advanced proficiency with the Google Admin Console and GAM command-line scripts. Experience with Google Workspace content migrations and Agile methodologies. Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for remote collaboration.
