IDR is seeking a Broadcast Media Production Recruiter to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Irving, Texas. This role involves sourcing and hiring top broadcast and media production talent rapidly to support a new program launch. The company specializes in multi-platform broadcast and digital media, collaborating on projects that reach national audiences.
Position Overview for the Broadcast Media Production Recruiter:
- Responsible for recruiting and hiring 9 broadcast & media production positions within a tight timeframe
- Focus on sourcing candidates for roles such as Producers, Executive Producers, Associate Producers, and Bookers
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a seamless recruitment process for a new show/program launch
- Help meet the company's goal to assemble a production team by the specified deadline to support a major media project
Requirements for the Broadcast Media Production Recruiter:
- Must have proven experience recruiting for Broadcast / Media Production positions
- Must have experience recruiting for Show Producers, Associate Producers, Executive Producers, and Bookers
- Ability to recruit quickly and efficiently to fill all positions within 4-8 weeks
- Strong understanding of broadcast industry talent pools and recruitment strategies
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
