IDR is seeking a Corticon Developer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting a project on processing business rules within the healthcare sector, with a focus on designing and maintaining Corticon rules for public assistance programs.

Position Overview for the Corticon Developer:

• Support the design, development, and maintenance of Corticon business rules and rule sheets.
• Interpret functional designs and transform business requirements into Corticon rule implementations.
• Collaborate with functional analysts to develop scalable and accurate business rule solutions.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve application defects related to Corticon rules.
• Partner with testing teams to support validation of business rules and defect resolution.

Requirements for the Corticon Developer:

• Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Progress Corticon business rules.
• Experience reading functional designs and creating Corticon rule sheets.
• Previous experience supporting an Integrated Eligibility System (IES) implementation or modernization project.
• Domain knowledge of one or more public assistance programs, including: SNAP, TANF, Medicaid.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively across functional and technical teams.
