IDR is seeking a CPQ Consultant to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role involves supporting a major commercial project within the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem, focusing on process optimization and platform design. The organization operates within the consulting and enterprise solutions space, emphasizing transformation and strategic alignment.
Position Overview for the CPQ Consultant:
- Lead strategy and functional design efforts across the Quote-to-Cash ecosystem.
- Assess current-state commercial processes and develop future-state operating models and workflows.
- Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and define transformation opportunities.
- Design and optimize end-to-end commercial processes spanning CRM, CPQ, CLM, pricing, and ERP platforms.
- Partner with business and technology teams to align commercial processes with enterprise systems and strategic objectives.
Requirements for the CPQ Consultant:
- 8+ years of experience leading commercial transformation, Quote-to-Cash, Lead-to-Cash, or revenue operations initiatives.
- Prior consulting experience with a consulting firm, systems integrator, or advisory organization.
- Strong expertise in business process design, workflow optimization, and operating model transformation.
- Experience supporting CRM, CPQ, CLM, and ERP ecosystems within complex enterprise environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead stakeholder workshops, requirements gathering sessions, and process design initiatives.
