IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Tempe, AZ. This role involves providing exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment within a company known for its focus on client satisfaction and operational excellence.
Position Overview for the Customer Service Representative:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries related to products and services.
- Resolve customer complaints by identifying issues, offering solutions, and following up as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and complaints.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer concerns are addressed thoroughly.
- Support the company’s commitment to delivering quality customer service and satisfaction.
Requirements for the Customer Service Representative:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2 years customer service related experience required.
- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Ability to accurately document and record customer/client information.
