IDR is seeking a Data Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role supports marketing automation and strategic data initiatives within a dynamic organization focused on campaign orchestration, personalization, and data integration across channels. The position is hands-on and heavily technical, requiring strong data pipeline management and migration expertise.
Position Overview for the Data Engineer:
- Support the migration of marketing platforms, including ongoing data validation and reconciliation between old and new systems
- Build and enhance scalable data pipelines for activation, reporting, and analytics
- Validate data accuracy, integrity, and governance during critical migration phases
- Collaborate closely with IT teams on APIs, data feeds, and platform integrations
- Enable new data capabilities to ensure continuous campaign and reporting operations
Requirements for the Data Engineer:
- Strong SQL skills (joins, deduplication, window functions)
- Proficiency in Python and Snowflake expertise (critical)
- Hands-on experience with data pipelines, APIs, and cloud data platforms
- Experience supporting platform migration projects, especially in marketing data environments
- Ability to own end-to-end data pipelines, from ingestion to activation and reporting
