IDR is seeking a Data Quality Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and integrity of data within cloud environments, supporting data validation, troubleshooting, and process improvement in a dynamic data-driven organization. The company operates within the fundraising/awareness space emphasizing data accuracy and compliance.
Position Overview for the Data Quality Engineer:
- Validate data systems, troubleshoot issues, and improve data processing procedures within Data Cloud environments
- Perform end-to-end testing of use cases from data reception through journey activation
- Create QA progress tracking dashboards to monitor testing outcomes
- Build and manage automation scripts for data validation routines
- Assist business partners with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data issues
Requirements for the Data Quality Engineer:
- 3-5 years of experience in quality engineering with a focus on data quality
- Strong SQL skills for querying, validating, and analyzing data
- Experience utilizing test automation frameworks and CI/CD integrations
- Understanding of data modeling and data warehousing principles
- API testing experience, especially with Salesforce Data Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud APIs (plus)
