This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate membership eligibility and benefit plan information, utilizing various health plan websites to enroll members through our client's application. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Enrollment Associate I:
• Manage personal queue, issues, and tickets in ServiceNow and Workfront, ensuring complete documentation and follow-up communication.
• Accurately update member eligibility information by verifying eligibility and benefit information using various health plan websites.
• Develop and maintain an awareness of healthcare information systems initiatives, emerging technologies, and relevant laws and regulations.
• Participate in education programs, in-service meetings, and workshops to enhance professional growth and development.
• This is a 5-month contract position requiring onsite work at our client's location.
Required Skills for Enrollment Associate I:
• Proficiency in ten-key and accurate data entry or typing skills.
• Basic insurance knowledge with good written and verbal communication skills.
• A minimum of one year of experience in a business office environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation Details: $22-24/hr W2
