IDR is seeking a Epic Application Coordinator - Healthy Planet to join one of our top clients for a fully remote opportunity. This role supports a healthcare IT team focused on the Epic Healthy Planet module, emphasizing system build, optimization, and ongoing support to enhance population health initiatives within a hospital or health system setting.
Position Overview for the Epic Application Coordinator - Healthy Planet:
- Support the design, build, configuration, and maintenance of the Epic Healthy Planet module.
- Collaborate with clinical, operational, and technical teams to implement population health initiatives.
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide ongoing production support.
- Analyze workflows and recommend system improvements to optimize performance.
- Participate in testing, upgrades, and system enhancements to ensure system integrity.
Requirements for the Epic Application Coordinator - Healthy Planet:
- Active Epic Healthy Planet Certification (REQUIRED), current and in good standing.
- 3–5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience specific to Healthy Planet.
- Proven experience supporting population health, care management, or value-based care workflows.
- Experience with system configuration, upgrades, testing, and issue resolution within Epic.
- Ability to translate clinical and business requirements into technical solutions, working effectively in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
