EPIC RTE ANALYST | REMOTE (EST)
The Select Group is looking for a talented Epic Prelude/RTE Analyst for one of our top healthcare partners in a REMOTE capacity. This contractor will be joining the patient access team with a focus on optimizing HL7 integrations and supporting the Experian Patient Access Curator (PAC) project. They will be responsible for ensuring smooth data exchange between systems, resolving interface-related issues, and aligning RTE workflows with PAC functionality to improve patient eligibility verification and access processes. The resource will need to hit the ground running and support both implementation and post-production activities.
EPIC RTE ANALYST REQUIREMENTS

Epic RTE certification
-
5+ years of Epic RTE experience

Strong experience with HL7 interfaces

Previous work on RTE implementation and post-production support

Ability to handle ticket requests and backend project work
Bonus Skills:

Experience with Experian’s Patient Access Curator (PAC)
Education/Certification Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree required

EPIC RTE ANALYST RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist the RTE Team with new projects and work queues
- Maintain and support the current workload and projects (i.e., a new eligibility tool and secure authorization)
- Learn the ways this organization conducts the build
- Provide ongoing support to end-users regarding new features and updates related to RTE
- Create and maintain documentation of system builds, processes, and changes for future reference and compliance purposes
- Conduct thorough testing of new builds and changes to ensure accuracy and functionality before deployment
- Work closely with other departments (e.g., IT, clinical operations) to ensure integration and alignment of projects
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of patient access services
