IDR is seeking a FP&A Analyst I to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Sparks, NV. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about financial analysis within a dynamic, industry-leading organization. The position involves providing financial analytics and supporting resource planning in a collaborative environment.
Position Overview for the FP&A Analyst I:
- Provide financial analytics and oversight related to budgeting, resource planning, and performance measurement
- Participate in indirect rate planning and analysis activities
- Support the development and execution of financial management plans
- Coordinate and ensure the accuracy of financial deliverables submitted to corporate stakeholders
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports, dashboards, and presentations
Requirements for the FP&A Analyst I:
- 0-2 years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A), accounting, or a related field
- Ability to analyze and interpret financial data and prepare reports and/or projections
- Familiarity with Profit and Loss (P&L) statements
- Ability to leverage emerging financial technologies to enhance modeling, forecasting, and financial insights
- Interest or enthusiasm for the Aerospace and Defense industry
