IDR is seeking a Fulfillment Coordinator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Brentwood, TN. This role focuses on managing shipping, receiving, and order fulfillment operations within a fast-paced environment that supports organizational growth and efficiency.
Position Overview for the Fulfillment Coordinator:
- Prepare and ship outgoing packages via FedEx, UPS, and other carriers according to schedule.
- Receive incoming deliveries; inspect for accuracy and quality; reconcile against packing slips and POs.
- Log incoming and outgoing shipments and notify relevant stakeholders of delivery status.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
- Assist in replenishing inventory and participate in physical and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
Requirements for the Fulfillment Coordinator:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping/receiving role.
- Familiarity with common shipping systems (FedEx Ship Manager, UPS WorldShip, etc.).
- Attention to detail and pride in getting the little things right.
- Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and be on your feet for extended periods.
- Working knowledge and prior use of basic software tools (e.g., MS Office Suite).
