IDR is seeking a Granicus Administrator to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Nashville, Tennessee. This role will support and administer the Metro Legislative Management Systems environment, helping ensure reliable operations across council and public-facing workflows. You’ll work with a suite of Granicus applications and provide technical support for council chamber technology used during legislative sessions.
Position Overview for the Granicus Administrator :
- Administer, configure, and support Metro’s suite of Granicus applications used for legislative, public engagement, and records management.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors as needed to maintain system reliability.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, workflows, and system configurations across supported platforms.
- Support legislative and public-facing systems to ensure accuracy and uninterrupted operations.
- Provide technical support for council chamber voting tablets and related equipment during meetings and testing sessions.
Requirements for the Granicus Administrator :
- Experience administering one or more Granicus products.
- Application administration and support experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer support skills.
- Experience managing user access, permissions, and system configurations.
- Ability to support both software applications and related hardware components.
