Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Healthcare Business Analyst:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and implement effective solutions. Create detailed process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) using Visio and Scribe or Microsoft Word.
- Document current and desired states, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Gather requirements and understand needs to drive process improvements.
- Contract position with a high likelihood of extension or conversion to full-time, running until at least January 2026.
Required Skills for Healthcare Business Analyst:
- Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle processes.
- Proficiency in process flow documentation using Visio and SOP creation.
- Strong critical thinking, curiosity, and follow-through skills.
- Ability to work independently while meeting objectives and deadlines.
- Experience with swimlane process flows and SOP editing; familiarity with Scribe is a plus.
