IDR is seeking a IT Support Specialist to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Atlanta, Georgia. This role supports the legal sector by providing technical assistance, focusing on applications and end-user device management. The position offers a great chance to apply your support skills in a fast-paced, impactful environment with ongoing contractual opportunities.
Position Overview for the IT Support Specialist:
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming IT requests and manage ticket triage effectively.
- Support end user computing needs, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in deploying, configuring, and maintaining standard desktop and laptop images.
- Collaborate with IT teams and end users to deliver secure, reliable end-user device solutions.
- Support user training and documentation to ensure responsible use of technology.
Requirements for the IT Support Specialist:
- High school diploma with at least 3 years’ experience in a help desk, support, legal assistant or similar role.
- At least three years of recent relevant experience in IT desktop support.
- Experience supporting users in a legal environment preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and enterprise software deployment.
- Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and end-user device management.
