IDR is seeking a Junior Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is within a dynamic organization focused on delivering complex projects efficiently and effectively. The position offers remote work flexibility and is ideal for candidates with a strong background in project coordination and support.
Position Overview for the Junior Project Manager:
- Provides administrative and operational support to facilitate successful project execution
- Coordinates meetings, maintains project documentation, and manages logs
- Assists in tracking project milestones and deliverables
- Facilitates communication across teams and prepares reports and presentations
- Supports the program manager in monitoring progress and managing project risks or delays
Requirements for the Junior Project Manager:
- 2+ years of project management experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet) is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
