Dexian Government Solutions is recruiting for a Mission Trainer Team Lead to support our proposal effort for CDC IAO INSCOM contract.
Location: INSCOM Nolan Building, Fort Belvoir, VA
Position Overview:
- Mission Trainer Team Lead to support intelligence training operations at Fort Belvoir, VA. This position serves as the senior authority responsible for leading the development, delivery, and oversight of intelligence training programs aligned with mission objectives, tradecraft standards, and evolving operational requirements.
- The Mission Trainer Team Lead will provide strategic direction, instructional leadership, and curriculum oversight while ensuring all training products comply with S. Army TRADOC standards, applicable doctrine, and Intelligence Community (IC) requirements. This role requires a subject matter expert with extensive experience in intelligence operations, training development, and leadership of distributed training teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Program Oversight
- Serve as the team lead for mission training personnel, providing leadership, guidance, and performance oversight.
- Coordinate training activities across multiple locations to ensure standardization and mission alignment.
- Interface directly with Government stakeholders to align training objectives with operational priorities.
- Provide strategic input into training program development, modernization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Training Development & Curriculum Management
- Lead the design, development, and validation of training materials and curricula in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards.
- Oversee creation and maintenance of lesson plans, instructional materials, presentations, and courseware.
- Ensure integration of intelligence tradecraft, doctrine updates, and emerging operational requirements into training products.
- Manage training content within Government systems such as AGILE, Training Development Capability (TDC), or equivalent platforms.
Instruction & Training Delivery
- Deliver and supervise instructor-led training for military and intelligence audiences.
- Ensure consistency and quality of training delivery across geographically dispersed training environments.
- Conduct and oversee training sessions across multiple U.S. locations.
Doctrine & Policy Integration
- Review and analyze emerging policies, doctrine, and intelligence guidance for incorporation into training materials.
- Provide recommendations to Government leadership on training updates based on evolving threats, mission needs, and doctrinal changes.
Training Operations & Compliance
- Develop and maintain training records, metrics, and reporting mechanisms as required by the Government.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable DoD, Army, and IC training standards.
- Support audits, inspections, and evaluations of training programs and materials.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in an intelligence discipline within DoD or the Intelligence Community (within the last 15 years)
- Minimum 5 years of experience developing training materials and curriculum in accordance with TRADOC and Army standards
- Minimum 5 years of experience conducting training across multiple U.S. geographic locations
- Demonstrated experience instructing military audiences and delivering intelligence-related training
- Proven experience leading teams and managing training programs or initiatives
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Intelligence, National Security, Military Science, or related field AND 10 Years of relevant Experience
OR
- Associate's Degree AND 12 Years of relevant Experience.
Clearance Requirements:
- Active DoD TS/SCI Clearance Required
- CI Polygraph Eligibility
