IDR is seeking a Node.js/JavaScript Developer to join an exciting opportunity in Phoenix, AZ. This role involves supporting cloud-based application development within an AWS serverless environment, ideal for a developer looking to expand their AWS technology expertise while working on API development, deployment support, and infrastructure initiatives. Position Overview for the Node.js/JavaScript Developer:

• Support cloud-based application development within an AWS serverless environment.
• Develop and maintain APIs, Lambda functions, and support production deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including architects, QA, and stakeholders.
• Contribute to automation, deployment processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Document technical solutions and configurations to ensure maintainability.

Requirements for the Node.js/JavaScript Developer:

• 2–5+ years of experience in software development using JavaScript and Node.js.
• Hands-on experience developing and supporting Node.js AWS Lambda serverless functions.
• Experience with AWS CloudFormation, including updating and maintaining infrastructure configurations.
• Experience working with AWS API Gateway and developing RESTful APIs.
• Strong understanding of REST API development and API design best practices.
