IDR is seeking an O365 Engineer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, providing an opportunity to work on enterprise security and identity management solutions within a leading organization focused on innovative IT services.

Position Overview for the O365 Engineer:

• Act as a Microsoft 365 Identity Engineer, responsible for the administration, configuration, and security of identity and access management across the M365 environment
• Manage Azure Active Directory (Entra ID), including user lifecycle management, authentication methods, and access policies
• Design and implement conditional access, identity governance, and security controls to protect enterprise systems
• Partner with infrastructure and security teams to support a secure, scalable, and compliant identity framework
• Contribute to the ongoing development of identity and access management strategies

Requirements for the O365 Engineer:

• 7+ years of experience working with Microsoft 365 / Azure Active Directory in a production environment
• Strong experience with identity and access management (IAM) concepts and tools
• Hands-on experience with Conditional Access, MFA, SSO, and identity protection policies
• Experience with user lifecycle management (provisioning, deprovisioning, RBAC)
• Experience with directory synchronization (Azure AD Connect) and hybrid identity environments
