Position Overview for the PAM Operations Manager / SOC Monitoring Lead:
- Lead and manage a team of 15 L1/L2 SOC analysts providing 24x7 threat monitoring and response services
- Oversee day-to-day SOC operations, ensuring consistent service delivery and adherence to SLAs
- Provide U.S.-based leadership coverage for global SOC activities
- Drive continuous improvement in threat detection, incident response, and monitoring processes
- Utilize ElasticSearch and related tools to optimize log analysis, alert tuning, and detection capabilities
Requirements for the PAM Operations Manager / SOC Monitoring Lead:
- SOC Monitoring – Expert (10+ years)
- Extensive experience leading SOC operations, including threat detection and incident response in enterprise environments
- Threat Monitoring – Expert (10+ years)
- ElasticSearch SOC Monitoring – Advanced (6–9 years)
- Experience integrating threat intelligence into SOC processes to enhance proactive detection and response
