IDR is seeking a PeopleSoft Financial Aid Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This position is within a higher education institution focused on student services and administrative technology automation. The role involves supporting financial aid processing through PeopleSoft, enhancing workflow automation to improve operational efficiency.
Position Overview for the PeopleSoft Financial Aid Analyst:
- Support the automation of financial aid processing within the PeopleSoft Campus Solutions module
- Collaborate with Financial Aid, IT, and ERP teams to streamline workflows
- Implement automation aligned with the Institutional Methodology for aid awarding
- Troubleshoot, test, and validate financial aid configurations and processes
- Ensure compliance with institutional policies and aid packaging standards
Requirements for the PeopleSoft Financial Aid Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience with PeopleSoft Campus Solutions, especially the Financial Aid module
- Expertise in automating financial aid packaging and awarding processes
- Strong understanding of Institutional Methodology (IM) for aid awarding
- Skilled in configuring item types, budgets, packaging plans, and award rules
- Ability to troubleshoot, test, and validate financial aid configurations and processes
