IDR is seeking a PowerBI Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Dallas, TX. This role is integral to the data and analytics team within a leading organization focused on enterprise data solutions and cloud-based analytics. The position offers the chance to design and build impactful BI solutions in a collaborative environment.
Position Overview for the PowerBI Developer:
- Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable reporting and dashboard solutions using Power BI.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and engineering teams to transform complex data into actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, optimize performance, and support reporting scalability in a cloud-based environment.
- Gather requirements directly from the business and translate them into impactful BI solutions.
- Work extensively with advanced SQL development and Google BigQuery data integration.
Requirements for the PowerBI Developer:
- 7+ years of hands-on experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations.
- 7+ years of advanced SQL development and query optimization experience.
- 5+ years of experience working with Google BigQuery and large-scale cloud data environments.
- Strong experience with data modeling, DAX, ETL processes, and performance tuning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
