IDR is seeking a Product Owner Infrastructure to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role focuses on managing and advancing cloud and on-premise infrastructure products within a rapidly evolving enterprise environment. The company operates within the Non-Profit industry and currently has a strong emphasis on building innovative solutions for internal business partners.

Position Overview for the Product Owner Infrastructure:

• Responsible for facilitating the strategic vision and direction of infrastructure products, including cloud migration, adoption, and optimization efforts
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and execute product roadmaps aligned with business and technical needs
• Acts as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined and delivered
• Supports continuous improvement of infrastructure solutions using current industry standards and emerging cloud technologies
• Ensures product experiences meet customer satisfaction and organizational goals through effective project execution

Requirements for the Product Owner Infrastructure:

• Knowledge of both business and technical disciplines with a focus on cloud computing and on-prem principles
• Experience with technical software delivery methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Waterfall, etc), process engineering, change management, and cloud service models (IaaS)
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including analysts, developers, and testers to deliver aligned solutions
• Prior experience with infrastructure-focused product ownership, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud), and IaC tools such as Ansible or Terraform
