Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Production Planner:

• Engage in a 5-month contract with potential for extension or conversion.

• Review historical sales trends and research demand drivers to prepare accurate forecast data.

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to refine forecast models and achieve consensus on operational demand forecasts.

• Provide strategic input to the Supply Planning organization for inventory strategies on existing items, new products, and product phase-outs.

• Maintain and update demand planning systems, ensuring data accuracy and monitoring forecast error trends.

Required Skills for Production Planner:

• Proficiency in Advanced Excel, including data analysis, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience in production or supply chain planning, with a proven track record in demand forecasting.
