Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Program Manager II:
- Lead and mentor project teams, ensuring successful change management and regular project status reviews
- Utilize and adapt Corporate PM tools to meet project needs
- Develop and refine templates, tools, and guidelines for program documentation and execution
- Ensure compliance with approved Government, Corporate, and ISO 9001:2000 Policies and Processes
- This is a 5-month contract position
Required Skills for Program Manager II:
- Proficient leadership abilities and experience in project team mentoring
- Understanding of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS)
- Working knowledge of Program Management Institute Program Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)
- Ability to learn and utilize Corporate PM tools
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or technical related discipline and typically 5-12 years of experience or Masters in Engineering, Aviation or Management and typically 5-12 years of program management experience

Compensation Details: $59.69/hr W2
