Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Financial Specialist:

- Lead a new integration project from QuickBase to Microsoft Dynamics SL
- Manage system integration projects across multiple business entities or platforms
- Troubleshoot and support end users with QuickBase-related issues
- Compile and analyze operational and financial data across multi-platform environments
- This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required

Required Skills for Project Financial Specialist:

- 3-5 years of experience as a Project Specialist or Project Manager implementing QuickBase as a tool
- Expertise with QuickBase and in-depth understanding of system functionality and its alignment with business processes
- Familiarity with inventory operations, including transfers, assignments, and cycle counts
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills to support technical and business users
- Construction or Telecom industry experience is preferred

Compensation Details: $40-45/hr W2
