IDR is seeking a Project Lead to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. This role is within the electric transportation and emerging technologies sector, focusing on managing operations of a large EV charging network and supporting innovative EV programs. The position offers remote flexibility with occasional in-person stakeholder meetings and site visits, providing an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, industry-leading environment.
Position Overview for the Project Lead:
- Support the operations of over 1,200 EV charging ports within Austin Energy’s Plug-In Everywhere Network.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Provide research, analysis, and reporting to support emerging technology projects and program improvements.
- Assist in incentives processing, compliance, and program outreach to promote EV adoption.
- Offer regular updates to management and stakeholders, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Requirements for the Project Lead:
- 3+ years of project or program management and coordination experience.
- 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel reporting.
- 3+ years of customer service experience.
- 3+ years of electric vehicle and related technologies knowledge.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and analyze large datasets.
