Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Project Manager:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive launch support plan, including timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation strategies.

• Coordinate and manage cutover, contingency, and hypercare plans to ensure a seamless go-live.

• Drive program governance by facilitating effective communication, issue escalation, and decision-making processes.

• Serve as the central point of coordination during launch, facilitating daily stand-ups and war room sessions.

• Engage with internal business leaders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure alignment and accountability.

Required Skills for Project Manager:

• Minimum of 7 years of project management experience, particularly in technology system launches and go-lives.

• Proven expertise in developing and executing cutover, launch, and hypercare plans.

• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and deployment methodologies.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.

• PMP, Agile, or PRINCE2 certification preferred.
