Project Manager( Stamford, CT)We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to support the management of highly visible, cross-functional projects within the telecom industry. The roles requires the candidate to be onsite 4 days a week in Stamford, CT.
Project Manager Skills:
- 5–7 years of project management experience
- Proficiency with project management tools: MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word, PowerPoint
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership abilities
- Proven judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage change and navigate cross-functional stakeholder groups
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Experience in the telecommunications or media industry
- PMP or similar certification
- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with executive-level reporting and stakeholder management
- Manage the full lifecycle of key projects, from initiation to delivery
- Develop detailed project plans, track milestones, and monitor progress
- Lead day-to-day operations and provide direction to project resources
- Establish and maintain effective communication with stakeholders and project teams
- Identify and mitigate risks and blockers through proactive issue resolution
- Prepare status reports, budget updates, and other relevant documentation
- Drive project outcomes while maintaining scope, cost, and quality targets
- Lead cross-functional meetings and facilitate decision-making processes
- Ensure alignment and timely escalation of critical issues
