Responsibilities of the role from Candidate:
- Served as Project Manager supporting an enterprise LMS migration initiative, including evaluation of transition to Workday Learning within the Workday ecosystem.
- Led communications for 3–4 critical production incidents, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and driving resolution updates during high-priority system events.
- Developed a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis for LMS migration, partnering with Finance and functional teams to gather data, model assumptions, and present findings to leadership.
- Created executive-level kickoff materials and strategic presentations to align stakeholders on LMS roadmap and implementation approach.
- Collaborated across HR, IT, and business teams to assess a complex, multi-system learning environment and support future-state platform decisions.
Position Overview: Working within the Talent team, the Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordination and execution of delivery aspects of assigned projects in support of initiatives within the Talent Technology portfolio. The PM is responsible for coordinating assignment of individual Talent Technology responsibilities, developing the project plan, tasks and deliverables to ensure timely tech team delivery.
JOB REQUIREMENTS- 6+ years of project management experience managing multiple projects in a fast past environment (large enterprise/professional services)
- 4+ years’ experience supporting Workday LMS initiatives
- Experience leading project presentations to key stakeholders
- Experience working leading projects across multiple different teams and departments
Preferred Qualifications:
- PMP Certification
- Cornerstone experience
