IDR is seeking a Recruiter to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is ideal for professionals experienced in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and building a strong candidate pipeline within a dynamic organization in the staffing or corporate recruitment industry.
Position Overview for the Recruiter:
- Responsible for the complete recruitment cycle, including posting job advertisements, sourcing candidates through various online platforms, and networking.
- Screen, interview, and qualify prospective professional candidates to ensure a strong fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to review candidates, support salary negotiations, and facilitate the offer process.
- Handle multiple candidate requests simultaneously, providing professional support and guidance to hiring managers.
- Understand and promote the company's compensation strategies and diversity initiatives.
Requirements for the Recruiter:
- Proven ability to post jobs, source candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean searches, and databases.
- Experience in screening, interviewing, and candidate qualification.
- Ability to quickly assess candidate fit, ask insightful questions, and maintain clear notes and recommendations.
- Strong partnership skills to support hiring managers and manage offer conversations.
- Comfortable submitting candidates and balancing expectations effectively.
