IDR is seeking a Salesforce Data Engineer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves designing and implementing scalable Data Cloud pipelines to enhance customer data unification and activation. It offers a chance to work within a dynamic environment focused on innovative data solutions for marketing, analytics, and compliance.

Position Overview for the Salesforce Data Engineer:

• Design and build Data Cloud pipelines, including Data Streams, DMOs, and Calculated Insights, to develop a scalable Profile System with high-quality identity resolution and golden records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business use cases into data models and insights, supporting event-driven activation across various platforms.
• Implement data governance, consent modeling, and ensure compliance with GDPR/CCPA regulations throughout the data lifecycle.
• Establish CI/CD processes, automated data quality checks, monitoring, lineage, and SLA reporting for data ingestion and activation.
• Partner with analytics teams on Lakehouse Federation/Zero-Copy patterns for analytics and machine learning integration using tools like Amazon Redshift and Databricks.

Requirements for the Salesforce Data Engineer:

• Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud or similar customer data platform (CDP) solutions.
• Strong SQL and data engineering skills.
• Experience working with customer data unification and activation processes.
• Knowledge of data governance, privacy standards, and compliance requirements.
• Ability to collaborate with marketing, product, and CRM teams to implement data-driven solutions.
