IDR is seeking a Salesforce Reporting Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Denver, Colorado. In this role, you’ll help translate business needs into clear, reliable Salesforce reports and dashboards while supporting ongoing reporting improvements for a major org. The client operates in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where reporting accuracy and stakeholder communication are critical.

Position Overview for the Salesforce Reporting Analyst:

• Build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards to support business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to clarify requirements, confirm definitions, and document reporting logic
• Rebuild or migrate reporting assets between Salesforce environments as needed to support org changes (preferred)
• Ensure work is detail-oriented and consistent, particularly when handling large volumes of reporting tasks

Requirements for the Salesforce Reporting Analyst:

• 5 years of experience in a role heavily focused on Salesforce reporting and dashboards (Report Builder and Dashboards)
• Demonstrated experience rebuilding/migrating reporting between Salesforce environments or supporting a major org change (preferred, but not strictly required if reporting depth is strong)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clarify requirements, confirm definitions, and explain reporting logic to non-technical stakeholders
• Detail-oriented approach with comfort handling large volumes of reporting work with consistency and quality
• Experience translating business requirements into accurate Salesforce reporting outputs
