We are seeking a Senior Database Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, TX. This role involves developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions within a government organization, focusing on expanding and customizing Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate to meet business needs.
Position Overview for the Senior Database Developer:
- Develop, implement, and support Power Platform solutions including Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate.
- Support the expansion of the Texas HHS Microsoft 365 Power Platform and the DSHS CFO’s Invoice Tracking System.
- Collaborate with functional and technical teams to design and develop backend data models using Dataverse, SharePoint, or other databases.
- Utilize JavaScript, custom plug-ins, and external integrations to extend platform capabilities.
- Train and mentor other developers on Power Platform best practices and troubleshooting.
Requirements for the Senior Database Developer:
- Work experience with Software as a Service (SaaS) and/or Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
- Microsoft Power Platform development experience.
- Hands-on experience with Power Apps, Power Pages, Connectors, and Power Automate.
- Experience in designing and developing Power Pages, Canvas Apps, and Model-Driven Apps with Dataverse or similar backend databases.
- Good understanding of connectors, external integrations, and Power BI.
