This is a fully remote, 12-month contract role ideal for a strategic designer with deep experience in user-centered design, mobile product development, and cross-functional collaboration. Position Overview / ResponsibilitiesLead and contribute to product design efforts across native mobile applications
Leverage design systems and established UI patterns to create intuitive, scalable interfaces
Partner closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment on user needs and business goals
Translate complex problems and requirements into clear, actionable design solutions
Conduct light user testing and validation to support design decisions
Champion accessibility throughout the product development lifecycle
Clearly present and communicate design rationale to both technical and non-technical audiences
Act as a proactive, collaborative team member, driving clarity and momentum in fast-paced environments
7+ years of experience in user-centered design with measurable impact
Strong understanding of UX methodologies and modern design processes
Deep experience working on native mobile applications
Proficiency with design systems and UI pattern libraries
Strong visual communication and confident presentation skills
Organized, self-motivated, and efficient in execution
Demonstrated ability to clarify complex user needs and ask the right questions
Perspective on and experience embedding accessibility into product workflows
Experience working in healthcare, especially with physician stakeholders
Proven success as a lead or solo designer on complex digital products
Senior-level expertise with a strong strategic perspective
