Senior Project Manager to join the
Customer Operations team at one of our top telecommunication clients. This person be responsible for managing high-impact projects such as Outdoor WiFi and Centralized Managed WiFi. As a Project Manager this person will lead complex, cross-functional projects, aligning teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive customer-focused outcomes.
This is a highly visible role with exposure to senior leadership, offering an opportunity to shape customer experiences and deliver new technical capabilities. This person will have the chance to impact the growth of the business and play a pivotal role in our ongoing strategic programs.
Responsibilities: - Stakeholder Alignment (70%): Coordinate and lead meetings across multiple teams to ensure alignment and timely progress.
- Project Planning & Reporting (10%): Regularly update project plans and provide status reports to key stakeholders.
- Risk Mitigation & Leadership Escalation (10%): Contribute to identifying risks and escalating leadership issues when necessary.
- Impact Analysis (10%): Review project artifacts to ensure positive outcomes for agents/customers and ensure smooth implementation.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire project lifecycle, from definition through to implementation.
- Drive milestones while managing scope, cost, schedule, and quality.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans.
- Provide day-to-day direction to project resources.
- Execute effective communication plans to keep teams aligned.
- Oversee change management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare documentation, status reports, and budget updates.
- Serve as a liaison between teams, ensuring seamless resolution of issues.
Must-Have Requirements: - 10+ years of Project Management experience.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), proficient with PowerPoint, email, and project management tools.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to negotiate, make decisions, and solve problems.
- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Background in telecommunications or prior industry experience.
Nice-to-Have Qualifications: - PMP certification is preferred.
- Portfolio of previous project examples.
- Familiarity with Customer Operations processes and metrics.
- Experience in WiFi solutions, especially in multi-dwelling unit environments.
