Position Overview/Responsibilities for the ServiceNow Developer:
Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow GRC modules, including Policy & Compliance, Risk, and Audit.
Customize data models and frameworks, and implement workflows using Flow Designer and Business Rules.
Develop integrations using REST/SOAP and manage data imports for evidence collection.
Collaborate with stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver iterative releases.
Support platform governance and contribute to AI capabilities like AI Search and predictive intelligence.
Required Skills for ServiceNow Developer:
Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Proficiency in JavaScript, Flow Designer, and integration via REST/SOAP.
Strong understanding of governance, risk, and compliance processes.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification is required or strongly preferred.
