IDR is seeking a Software QA Engineer to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Memphis, TN OR Dallas, TX.
This role involves designing, developing, and executing automated testing solutions across a variety of platforms and technologies to ensure software quality and reliability. The company operates within the technology and enterprise software industry, emphasizing innovation and quality assurance to support enterprise-level systems.
Position Overview for the Software QA Engineer:
- Responsible for developing automated API and UI testing frameworks using Java, WebDriver, and TestNG.
- Conduct microservice and REST API testing leveraging Swagger documentation.
- Support continuous integration pipelines using Jenkins, Maven, Git, and Docker.
- Apply AI-enabled quality engineering techniques for debugging, test case generation, and risk analysis.
- Contribute to enterprise test automation frameworks and document test results and defects efficiently.
Requirements for the Software QA Engineer:
- 5+ years of experience in test automation development using established frameworks and tools.
- 4+ years of experience building and deploying CI/CD systems such as Jenkins and Bamboo.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with messaging and IVR testing.
- Strong knowledge of REST and JSON APIs.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
