Position Overview/Responsibilities for the SQL Database Administrator:

- Oversee the management and maintenance of SQL Server databases
- Implement and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies
- Collaborate with development teams to support database-related initiatives
- Perform performance tuning and optimization to ensure high system efficiency

Required Skills for SQL Database Administrator:

- 5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator in a production environment
- Proficiency with the Windows operating system
- Experience with VMWare is a plus
- Familiarity with Postgres and MySQL
