IDR is seeking a Sr. Designer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves leading the creative development and execution of high-impact event visuals and collateral systems. The company operates within the event marketing and experiential design industry, focusing on delivering innovative visual themes across various event touchpoints.

Position Overview for the Sr. Designer:

• Lead the development of on-brand creative concepts for large-scale events, including visual themes and design systems
• Translate strategic briefs into compelling visual solutions across multiple formats and channels
• Design scalable assets that can be adapted across event touchpoints and campaigns
• Create and produce a wide range of event-related deliverables such as invitations, signage, presentation decks, and digital assets
• Ensure all deliverables meet brand standards, technical specifications, and production requirements

Requirements for the Sr. Designer:

• 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in event marketing, experiential design, agency, or in-house creative environments
• Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual design work, scalable visual systems, and event or campaign-related deliverables
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat)
• Strong presentation design skills (PowerPoint and/or Keynote)
• Experience designing for both print and digital formats, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
