Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Sr. Software Engineer:

- Work within a Linux-based Operating System environment, preferably RedHat or its equivalents
- Utilize industry-standard object-oriented programming languages such as C++ and Java
- Apply advanced scripting skills in languages such as Python and Bash
- Collaborate within multi-disciplinary teams
- Perform complex Linux OS System Administration tasks
- This is a 1-year contract position
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is required

Required Skills for Sr. Software Engineer:

- Proficiency in C++ and Java
- Advanced scripting skills in Python and Bash
- Comprehensive knowledge of engineering principles and industry best practices
- Proficiency in Linux OS System Administration
- Experience with common data structures and their optimal utilization in complex software systems
- Typically, 8 or more years of relevant experience

Compensation Details: $110.34/hr W2
