IDR is seeking a Systems Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Austin, Texas. This role involves supporting clinical and medical applications within a healthcare environment, working with a variety of stakeholders to ensure system reliability and user satisfaction. The organization is dedicated to advancing healthcare technology and improving patient outcomes through innovative system support and integration.
Position Overview for the Systems Analyst:
- Performs entry to mid-level systems analysis and support work focused on medical applications and clinical technologies.
- Serves as a frontline resource for troubleshooting, triaging, and resolving Tier 2–3 incidents related to medical applications and integrated systems.
- Collaborates with clinical users, IT teams, vendors, and project stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance and user satisfaction.
- Supports system configuration, access management, and application maintenance.
- Contributes to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge base articles.
Requirements for the Systems Analyst:
- 2+ years of experience in IT systems support or application support in a healthcare technology environment
- Exposure to Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems or clinical applications
- Understanding of medical applications, PACS, and imaging workflows
- Basic knowledge of system integration and biomedical device interfaces
- Ability to translate clinical and operational needs into system requirements and enhancements
