IDR is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is integral to supporting a dynamic Human Resources team focused on operational excellence, data integrity, and scalable hiring processes within a leading organization in the technology industry.
Position Overview for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- Manage end-to-end scheduling for senior-level and technical interviews, including executive panels and multi-day interview loops
- Coordinate candidate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation, while maintaining compliance with company policies
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for candidates and stakeholders, providing clear, timely communication throughout the interview process
- Support technical interview coordination and partner with recruiters and hiring managers to ensure alignment on scheduling priorities
- Maintain accurate interview and travel data within the applicant tracking system and identify process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Requirements for the Talent Acquisition Coordinator:
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive scheduling, or complex calendar management
- Proven ability to manage high-volume, high-complexity scheduling across senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting executive-level hiring or technical recruiting is preferred
