IDR is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Lawrenceville, GA. This role involves evaluating and improving business processes and systems within an enterprise environment, serving as a key liaison between business and IT teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and delivered. The organization operates within a dynamic industry where technology and operational efficiency are critical to success.
Position Overview for the Business Technical Analyst:
- Evaluate current business processes and systems, identifying improvements and documenting workflows.
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to translate needs into clear requirements.
- Coordinate activities among stakeholders, tracking progress and ensuring task completion.
- Communicate findings through documentation and presentations to diverse audiences.
- Support system testing efforts including UAT, functional, and integration testing to validate solutions.
Requirements for the Business Technical Analyst:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role focused on systems, processes, and requirements analysis.
- Strong experience identifying system and business process issues, performing root cause analysis, and documenting findings.
- Experience supporting system testing activities including UAT, integration testing, and functional testing.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical and business information clearly.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Information Technology, or related field (preferred), with substantial hands-on experience in SDLC and stakeholder engagement.
