IDR is seeking a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist to join a remote opportunity. This role is within a dynamic technology-focused organization that values strategic talent sourcing and high-quality hiring outcomes.
Position Overview for the Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- Owns full-cycle recruiting across technical and business functions, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates with a strong sense of urgency.
- Acts as the primary point of contact for candidates, ensuring a high-quality and seamless candidate experience from outreach to offer acceptance.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships with hiring managers, talent partners, and leadership to align recruiting strategies with organizational goals.
- Develops and executes proactive recruiting plans to build diverse candidate pipelines.
- Utilizes advanced sourcing tools and ATS platforms to manage multiple requisitions efficiently and effectively.
Requirements for the Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist:
- 3+ years of proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter
- Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), and Candidate Management Systems (CMSs)
- Experience cold calling and candidate assessment through in-depth phone screens/interviews
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
