IDR is seeking a Tier III Support Engineer to join one of our top healthcare clients based in Denver, CO. This is a contract role ideal for a support professional with deep expertise in Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, and end-user troubleshooting. This is a 12 month contract
Serve as a Tier III escalation point for Outlook-related issues across the organization
Troubleshoot and resolve complex mail flow, client configuration, and user-specific issues
Collaborate with IT support teams, security, and networking to ensure seamless email and messaging services
Leverage tools like PowerShell and Active Directory for advanced diagnostics and system-level support
Document issue resolutions, contribute to knowledge base, and train Tier I/II staff as needed
Identify patterns and proactively recommend system or policy improvements
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Tier III support or systems-level IT troubleshooting
Expert-level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Exchange, and related services
Strong experience with PowerShell scripting for issue resolution and automation
Proficiency in using ticketing systems and remote troubleshooting tools
Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS, and email routing concepts
Experience in a large-scale healthcare or enterprise IT environment
Exposure to Microsoft 365, hybrid Exchange environments, or Outlook add-in management
Understanding of ITIL best practices and change management procedures
