This role plays a key part in a large system implementation, providing coordination and governance support during the User Acceptance Testing phase. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the UAT Support Analyst:
- Support the UAT Lead by coordinating daily testing activities with the state agency, IT partners, and system integrators.
- Maintain UAT plans and track defects, including scheduling triage meetings.
- Prepare status updates on testing progress, defects, and risks.
- Develop templates and guidance to support client enablement and long-term UAT governance.
Required Skills for UAT Support Analyst:
- 3-5+ years of professional experience in business analysis, software testing, or quality assurance on system implementation projects.
- Proven experience in supporting or coordinating UAT efforts for large-scale software or system implementation projects.
- Hands-on experience with defect management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, or SpiraTest.
- Strong stakeholder coordination skills across multiple teams, including clients and technical teams.
- Experience on public sector or government IT projects is highly desirable.
