Position Overview/Responsibilities for the UX Designer:

• Develop both high-fidelity and low-fidelity design artifacts, including user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, ensuring usability and accessibility are prioritized.

• Lead user research and design-thinking activities to foster a deep understanding of target audiences, influencing product prioritization and experimentation.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and UI Developers, to integrate an audience-led perspective and contribute to organizational UX maturity.

• Propose and execute testing and experiments, such as A/B and Usability Testing, to drive audience behavior change and achieve business outcomes.

• Utilize analytics tools to establish user-centered metrics and build compelling narratives that inform and influence internal stakeholders.

Required Skills for UX Designer:

• Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience or 5 years of relevant experience.

• Proficiency in Figma for creating interface designs from wireframes to prototypes.

• Experience with remote collaboration tools like FigJam, Mural, or Miro.

• Solid understanding of UX methodologies, including design thinking and Human-Centered Design.

• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
