Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workflow & Policy Assembly Specialist:
• Print and assemble insurance applications and policies with precision and efficiency. • Open and sort mail according to specific handling requirements, ensuring timely processing. • Conduct quality reviews of applications and policy prints, adhering to state and firm-specific guidelines. • Perform data entry tasks and maintain accurate records, demonstrating strong attention to detail. • Identify and resolve system, process, and printer issues, sharing insights with our client's team.
Required Skills for Workflow & Policy Assembly Specialist:
• Ability to work independently with strong time management skills. • Excellent attendance record and willingness to work regular overtime. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment. • Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain composure in challenging situations.
